Organic Honeybock Linden Blossom

Our latest Honigbock creation has a unique bouquet scent and is a true masterpiece of the Mühlviertel brewing and beekeeping craft. Brewed from 100% regional organic materials, this beer unfolds its flavours best when decanted.

 

On pouring, the golden to honey-yellow colour catches the eye, topped by a beautiful, fine-pore foam. The aroma is seductively floral and herbaceous, with distinct hints of lemon verbena and lemon balm, reminiscent of a summer flower meadow.

The first sip surprises with a slight sweetness that comes from the finely tuned honey notes of the organic linden blossom honey of the Highland beekeepers from the Danube Valley of the Schlögener Schlögen region. This sweetness is harmoniously integrated and is accompanied by a slight bitterness that is typical of linden blossom honey, giving the beer an interesting depth.

The aftertaste reveals subtle propolis notes that linger gently on the palate and give the beer a special character. These subtle nuances make the beer an exceptional pleasure, characterised by its complexity and complexity.
