For the first time ever, we froze the base of our NEIPA, before popping it normally, and then cold-stuffing it. This resulted in three exclusive editions of the Iced NEIPA, each with its own unique flavour.

 

The first version with citra hops brings refreshing notes of passion fruit and lime to the glass. The Mosaic Edition surprises with slightly peppery nuances, accompanied by honeydew and lemon verbena. And the Simcoe version, which evokes lychee and mandarin - like a sip of holiday in a glass, provides a full tropical experience. The bright yellow and creamy foam make you think directly of the sea.

Individual bottles as well as the exclusive tasting box with matching glass are only available at the Hofstettner brewery shop. Why this limited special edition of just 100 litres?
